I'm cara

I’m a mama to two rambunctious (almost 3) kiddos, a homeschool mom, and a proud follower of Christ. Most of my days are spent teaching, learning, and pouring into the little family God has entrusted to me.

Our home is loud, full of laughter, and usually a little chaotic — the kind of chaos that comes with raising kids you adore. When I’m not behind the camera capturing someone else’s memories, you’ll probably find me snuggled up with my crew watching a movie or battling it out over a very competitive game of Taco, Cat, Goat, Cheese, Pizza. (Fair warning: my family takes game night very seriously.)

I’m a lover of all things cozy. Coffee is basically my fuel for the day — maybe a little too much if we’re being honest — but I’m convinced it’s a necessity. If you show up with a cup of coffee in hand, we’ll probably become instant friends.
And tacos? They’re my ultimate weakness. Around here it’s not just Taco Tuesday… it’s tacos whenever we feel like it — which, if I’m honest, can easily turn into three or four nights a week.

While I truly love the slow, cozy rhythm of life at home, I also dream of adventures with my family and exploring more of this beautiful world together.

My faith guides everything I do — in my life and in my work. It’s also why I believe so deeply in the beauty of everyday moments. The messy ones. The joyful ones. The quiet ones that pass far too quickly.
Those are the memories that matter.
