As a Southern Idaho family photographer, there is nothing more meaningful than documenting the people who mean the most to me. Recently, I had the incredible honor of photographing my brother, his beautiful wife, and their four sweet children in the mountains of Southern Idaho — and it was a session overflowing with love, laughter, and connection.

My brother has always been my best friend. Watching him step into fatherhood — now with four precious children — is one of the greatest joys of my life.
His wife, Kamie, is an incredible mother. Calm, steady, nurturing — especially in this tender newborn season. Their newest little love was just one month old at the time of this session, and the way they looked at her told the entire story of this chapter.
I often remind mothers how fleeting these early days are. The tiny hands. The soft baby stretches. The way older siblings hover close, curious and protective.
Those details deserve to be preserved.

The mountains of Southern Idaho gave us the most beautiful backdrop for this session. Soft golden light filtered through the trees, and the kids immediately took off exploring the sagebrush and open fields.
